Statement on Internet Sales

JTI strongly discourages purchasing cigarettes via the internet. These internet sites are not legitimate JTI customers and the cigarettes they offer have been diverted from their intended markets.  In some instances, the cigarettes they offer are counterfeit.

It has come to JTI's attention that some internet sites offering cigarettes for sale actually use our brand names in their address (for example, mildseven.com).  Such sites and the use of our brand names are not authorized by JT Inc. or JTI and have no connection to our two companies or any of our other commercial entities.

JTI is committed to combating counterfeits and illegal trades. If you have any information that you believe can help combat this illicit trade, please contact us at brandintegrity@jti.com.  All approaches will be treated with the utmost discretion and no one's identity will be revealed to any outside party under any circumstances.
