SMT reflow soldering machine is a key equipment in the electronics manufacturing industry. It is mainly used to solder surface mount components to printed circuit boards (PCBs).
The working process of the SMT reflow soldering machine is divided into multiple zones. First, in the preheating zone, the PCB and solder paste are gradually heated to avoid thermal shock. Then comes the reflow zone, where the solder paste melts to bond the components to the PCB pads. Finally, in the cooling zone, the solder solidifies to form a strong connection.
