Wave soldering oven is a device that solders through-hole components to PCBs. Unlike reflow soldering, it uses a wave of molten solder. The PCB with the components inserted goes through the wave soldering process, and the solder adheres to the exposed pads and component pins, forming solder joints after cooling. Wave soldering oven is well suited for through-hole components, ensuring efficient and consistent soldering, and is widely used in the field of electronic manufacturing because of its high speed and suitability for large components.
